ABOUT

This 6 week challenge is made up teams of 2-5 people. You and your teammates will work together to complete daily challenges and also individual goals. You get to name your team, appoint a team captain, and set goals for your team. As a player you will earn points each day in the 5 categories listed above. Each individual team member needs to complete each category to get the max amount of points! Also your coach will surprise your team with challenges for bonus points! Get all the points you can this is how you stay ahead of the other teams and WIN!

 
Fitness Class

EXERCISE

Exercise at least 5 times per week for 30 minutes or more. You can divide the exercise into 10-15 minute segments.10 points per day if you achieve 30 minutes

What counts

  • Walking/Running/Hiking

  • Yoga/Meditation

  • Strength training/Aerobics

  • Organized sports Tennis/Golf/Volleyball/Baseball

Organic Vegetables

NUTRITION

Set a personal goal with your nutrition. Each person is different in how the body reacts to certain foods. Meet your nutritional goals each day. Earn points

What counts

  • Eating according to a certain dietary plan.

  • Portion Control

  • Limiting sugar or alcoholic drinks

Glasses of Water

WATER

Earn points each day for drinking the recommended amount of water for your body weight. Which is, 1/2 ounce of water for each pound you weigh.

What Counts​

  • Water

  • Sparkling Water

  • Seltzer or Soda Water

  • Fruit-infused Water

Team work

TEAM BUILDING

It's a game! Be a team player so motivate and encourage or teammates. Earn points each day

What counts

  • Working out together

  • Post inspirational messages and quotes

  • Help keep your teammates motivate when their having a bad day.
